Mission Statement

Yoga Life with Tanabeth is dedicated to providing a judgment free atmosphere,

that encourages students and clients alike to explore mindfullness,

practice their yoga postures safely with the direction of trained instructors,

and be provided with the highest quality nurturing spa treatments that promote well-being.

 Graciousness is a way of life. The way I live my life. 

In moments where I feel stressed, I stop and find a gratitude moment (and likely concentrate on my breath).

There is always something to be grateful for even in tough situations.

Gratitude leads to joy, ultimately because you cannot be full of gratitude and upset at the same time.

Joy can be found in every corner of your life, you may just need to stop for a second and look.

Become MINDFUL. Be still from time to time, not in just your body but also in your mind.

Become grateful in all areas of your life and find your joy.

Do things that make you feel good. 

There is no better feeling than helping someone else, so maybe start there.

Find joy in all you do and remember HAPPINESS is a CHOICE!
