COVID 19 Safety Measures:
To do our part in containing the the spread of COVID-19, Yoga Life with Tanabeth put various measures in place to protect the members, yoga students and trainees. Our COVID-19 policy complies with the current requirements under state law and recommendations from the CDC.




This 200 Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training consists of:

45 hours of in person learning

25 hours of live online learning

60 hours of your yoga practice

40 hours of recorded learning/homework

20 hours of journaling self study

5 hours of hands on assits and

5 hours observation

200 Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training-$2500 

Save $200 if paid in full before May 1, 2021.

FREE UNLIMITED IN-STUDIO YOGA FROM once you pay till the studio closes as well as FREE outside classes whenever you can attend.


First day May 16th 2021. Graduation on  August 8th 2021.

In person dates:

9am – 4pm 

May 16 & 23, June 6 & 13, July 11 & 25 and Aug 8.

In person classes with be held at Studio Red in May then each class will have a different local location. 

Please bring yoga mat, books, journey journal, writing tool, water and whatever snacks you need personally.

We will eat lunch together.

Zoom Dates:

8pm-10pm- May 26, June 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28 and Aug 4. Zoom Classes will include lecture, discussion and reflection.
